Back in 1964, with a dwindling economic growth in the nation, when India just had started opening up to the idea of industrialization, Mr. Nathu Ram, the founder of our company took to stage in those times and went on to establish the company name Nathu Ram Tyre in the belt industry sector which has now become an empire that we here today at SALKO, are so proud of. Not so far, following in on his footsteps was Mr. Gulshan Singh, who without a doubt is the very backbone of the company given how with his will, grit and excellent innovative skills managed to change the face of the company by shifting from the manufacturing of Rubber Tyre belt to the manufacturing and supplying of Rubber Conveyor belt in the early 2000s. A time where India was new to the idea of Rubber Conveyor belt, he laid down an organized structure for the company manifesting the art of dealing with the clients with utmost care and diligence when it came to work thereby, taking the business to new heights. With a similar headspace to achieve and a stronger zeal to expand the business to a pan India and pan global level is Mr. Aman Singh, the son of Mr. Gulshan Singh who carries double the knack for creativity and productivity received from his father and grandfather in this business. With him on the team, in the year 2019 not only redefined the company into a brand named SALKO in c/o Nathu Ram Tyre but he also introduced the company’s products in a new light of this very brand. He introduced SALKO as signifying the 5 core fundamental principles that the company values.
